4)Open desired image
5)resize
6)Try 50%
7)Image resized
8)save as
9)<filename>.<jpeg/jpg>
10)Resized image output

  This feature mainly used in entrance exam website like PSC for new user registration. In order to reduce file size from MB to KB.
